**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** We understand that life happens and plans can change, but to ensure the smooth operation of our salon, we have the following policies in place: - **Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours** of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service total. - **Cancellations made less than 24 hours** before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. - **Rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours** of your appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fees mentioned above.
